I was blessed to receive my training in the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki System, guided with love and wisdom by my teacher Yvette Plimmer.
In Reiki, we honor the sacred tradition of the teaching lineage — the living thread that connects each student to their teacher, and ultimately back to Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki.
This lineage is more than just names; it is a flow of energy, trust, and devotion that has been carefully carried from heart to heart.
By sharing my Reiki lineage, I honor those who walked this path before me — and I offer you the reassurance that the Reiki you receive through me is rooted in its pure, authentic essence, just as Dr. Usui first shared it.

What is Reiki?
The word Reiki is Japanese and means “life energy.”
Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the late 1800s. It is based on the idea of transmitting universal energy through the hands of the practitioner to the recipient.
Through the simple yet powerful practice of laying on of hands, Reiki awakens the body’s natural self-healing abilities and nurtures a deep sense of trust in life itself. It creates a profound feeling of connection — with the flow of universal life force, with the cosmos, and with the essence of who you truly are.
How does Reiki work?
Reiki touches us on every level — physical, mental, and spiritual. It brings balance and harmony, working gently on the chakras (our subtle energy centers), the aura, as well as on the nervous and glandular systems.
When you feel out of balance, a Reiki treatment can help you ground yourself, restore your strength, and return to clarity and focus. It is a gentle invitation to come back home to your inner center.
Remote Reiki Treatment
Reiki can also be practiced across distance. The healing energy is not bound by space or time — it can even be sent into the past to help release old blockages and dissolve emotional wounds or traumas.

Through the use of sacred Reiki symbols, I can send healing vibrations through space and time. All I need is your name and a photo — and the energy will find you, wherever you are.
