India and my spiritual practice

You will find meaning in life only if you create it. It is a poetry to be composed. It is a song to be sung. It is a dance to be danced…
OSHO
India is my soul’s compass – a land that has shaped me for more than 15 years. My bond with this extraordinary country grows ever deeper, and its culture continues to enrich me in countless ways. India is the land of paradoxes: dazzlingly colorful yet chaotic, loud yet profoundly serene, sweet and sour, raw and magical all at once.
Here, life and death walk hand in hand, joy and sorrow intertwine, and every contrast of existence is laid bare. India teaches us to see with the heart, to embrace life in its full spectrum, and to honor it with gratitude.
For me, returning to India year after year has become more than a journey – it is a ritual of renewal, a wellspring of inspiration, and an essential part of who I am.
My yoga practice and teaching are deeply inspired by the spirituality of India and rooted in its ancient traditions.
Every day, yoga, meditation, and mantras are part of my life – not just as practices, but as a way of living. They are how I express my energy, my passion, and my joy for life. Through them, I celebrate the small miracles of each day and invite others to do the same.
Yoga is more than movement – it is vitality, freedom, and transformation. I have seen how it lights up my students’ lives, bringing them strength, balance, and joy. To teach yoga is not only my profession, it is my greatest gift.
Guiding others with yoga and meditation is my life’s mission – my purpose – and the heart of everything I share.
