ABOUT ME
My name is Alice.
I was born and raised near Milan, Italy. In 2008, life carried me to Switzerland — an experience for which I remain deeply grateful. In Italy, I studied languages and literature at the University of Milan and worked for over ten years as a fitness instructor before my path naturally led me to yoga.
After 17 fulfilling years in Switzerland, life has now guided me back to my roots in Italy. A new chapter begins, enriched by the many experiences and insights I’ve gathered along the way.
Yoga & Reiki
Yoga has been part of my life since 2005 – at first as a quiet personal practice, later as a path of reconnection.
In 2010, I completed my first training (YTT-200), followed by advanced studies in Therapeutic Yoga (YTT-500), Kundalini Yoga (KRI Levels 1 & 2), and many deeply transformative experiences that have shaped my heart and my path.
India has become my soul home – a place where my spiritual practice and life philosophy are continually rooted and renewed.
Along this journey, I also discovered Reiki in Bali and studied Ayurvedic massage (which I no longer practice), both of which became important stepping stones on my way.
The greatest opening of my heart came through Kundalini Yoga – a practice that taught me to feel deeply, to trust, and to hold space for true transformation.
Today, I teach Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, and Kundalini Yoga, as well as meditation – all of my classes are offered online. A vital part of my practice is chanting Indian mantras – sound as prayer, as reconnection, as medicine.
Tarot & Soul Work
Alongside yoga, Tarot has been a guiding companion – a mirror, a spark, a quiet inner voice.
One of the key tools in my work is the Talent Map, which reveals the unique gifts that lie within us – often hidden, yet profoundly powerful.
Through my format “Intuitive Tarot Reading,” I support people in seeing more clearly – their patterns, their dreams, their potential.
It is not about predicting the future, but about remembering: Who are you truly? What longs to come into the world through you?
I walk with you – through yoga, through Reiki, through intuitive readings – back to your essence.
Back to the voice of your soul. Back to your light.
